The Revolution wont be Televised. By Gatsheni Snr Chairman Miffs

Every Social group has Its own rites to passage, and is always met with critics. Anthropologists have studied the steps involved rising up to tyranny of many different cultures, but no one has since yet, to my knowledge at least examined the hierarchy one has to rise through to become a real patriot.

No matter how memorable the soundbite , successful political communication should always be backed up by solid execution. Generations have passed and now there is rise in future Leaders and one will emerge among the masses to lead Mthwakazi to its Liberation Independence.

Miffs organisation has been clear form the start that we aim to build a structure for all Mthwakazians in the event that we one day that we one day we will attain our Independence (uZibuse). We wont need to look further for politicians, lawyers, teachers or doctor and many more professions.  It is an inessant stream of self absorbed commentary and mundane platform for communication for the voiceless.

Within few weeks its launch the organisation has already made its mark and sent tremors to those who have eluded justice for crimes against humanity and many more. However met with critics as well, we have since been called CIO agents, Zanu PF people. A word advise we are determined to push forward and we will stand firm with the peoples vision. The coherence and integrity of miffs is not going to be compromised by the few.

As seen in Tunisia and Egypt technology played a big role in the fall of dictatorship. “The Revolution of Mthwakazi will not be televised”. So what? The Revolution will be tweeted, chatted and by then hope miffed with an App we are working on. So if a quirky Internet chat like twitter, had power to organise the masses and accelerate democratic reform, why not Miffs, with a website full of information and many to come, blog and an App.

We are confident that Miffs will Itself be a powerful tool for organising Mthwakazi people to demonstrate for a cause and act as a channel for activism, and direct communication for people with political Leaders and organisations that have an interest at heart for Mthwakazi cause. Engaging people of different backgrounds, ideologies, views and opinions will undoubtedly shape the nature of Mthwakazi Liberation Struggle and possible device a more vibrant route to liberate Mthwakazi Nation.

We hope that all Mthwakazians will realise the vision, and bring together brilliant minds that will put back Mthwakazi Agenda on the right track and further curb continued de-industrilisation and marginalisation in Mthwakazi Nation.

“It is easy to dismiss such a brilliant idea as an irrelevance on the long road ahead to Mthwakazi Liberation, it is all to easy for fringe views to emerge in the mainstream. That is why in depth Miffs is worthy, and open to all critisim for the sake of all Mthwakazians”.
